Training Times

We have a friendly an often informal arrangement for our different training sessions.

The benefit of joining the Club is that we communicate with each other with group emails to arrange runs, bike rides and individual training sessions to go at the pace and time that suits us.

There are three swimming sessions arranged each week. We ask that you can swim 400m (16 lengths) without stopping, you are welcome to try 3 sessions before joining.

Timetable of weekly events

Saturday 6.45 – 7.55am Swim 1 (then breakfast!)
Saturday 9am Road/Mountain bike and Runs
Sunday 9.30am Road or Mountain bike ride
Monday 8.00 – 9.00pm Swim 2. Technique and aerobic session
Wednesday 8.00 – 9.00pm Swim (by invite)
